摘　　要：目的:探讨保乳术和改良根治术对早期乳腺癌的疗效及生存质量对比分析。方法:选择某院收治的92例早期乳腺癌患者,根据患者及其家属的意愿分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组应用改良根治手术,观察组采用保乳术治疗。结果:2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间及乳房外科优良率、生存质量比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者并发症发生率比较,观察组少于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者复发率和转移率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:保乳术治疗早期乳腺癌可减少并发症,保持乳房外形,改善患者生活质量,效果显著。Objective ：To investigate the effect of breast conserving and modified radical mastectomy on early breast cancer and the postoperative quality of lite. Methods ：92 cases of early breast cancer were divided into a control group and an observation group, 46 cases in each. The control group was treated with modified radical mastectomy while the observation group was treated with breast conserving surgery. Results：The operation time, the amount of bleeding, the length of the incision and the time of hospitalization were compared be）ween the ）wo groups. The observation group was significantly superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was compared, with the observation group＇s being lower than the control group % （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. In comparison of the optimal ratio of breast appearance of the two groups, the observation group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The quality of lite of the two groups was compared, and the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant ditterence in the rate of recurrence and metastasis of the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Breast conserving surgery has significant advantages in the treatment of early breast cancer.
