摘  要:唐钢基于与东北大学合作开发的3 500 mm中厚板生产线超快速冷却装置,并结合即时冷却装置应用,开发出Q550以上级别高强钢、X70级别管线钢等高附加值产品。新一代TMCP工艺以超快速冷却技术为核心,利用细晶强化和相变强化相结合的机制,改善了材料强度、韧性及焊接等性能,缩短了中厚板控轧待温时间,提高了生产率,既满足了中厚板产品板型及组织性能要求,同时还降低了对合金元素的依赖,真正实现低成本、合金减量化生产。Based on the ultra - fast cooling device jointly developed by Tangsteel and Northeastern University for the 3 500 mm medium and heavy plate production line, Tangsteel develops high value - added products including high strength steel over Q550 grade and X70 pipeline steel in combination with intermediate cooling unit. The new generation TMCP with ultra - fast cooling as the key technology enhances material properties such as strength, toughness and weldability on the basis of the mechanism for fine grain strengthening and phase transformation strengthening, shortens the holding time of transfer bar, improves the throughput, meets the requirements of medium and heavy plate on pro- file, microstructure and properties, reduces the dependence on alloying elements, achieves the production with low cost and alloy decrement.
