摘  要:军校研究生作为现代战争指挥的高层次专门人才,其培训质量将在很大程度上影响我军未来建设水平.为提高军校研究生培训质量,采取质化研究方法,通过对我院不同类型研究生的访谈,归纳出当前我院研究生学习动力现状,并从学习动机、学习内容、外部环境、奖惩机制四个方面剖析影响军校研究生学习动力的因素,提出增强军校研究生学习动力的现实路径,以期为军校研究生的培养提供参考.Postgraduates in military academies are the high-level specialized talents in the command art of modem war, and their quality of being trained will affect the construction level of our army to a great extent in the future. To increase their quality of being cultivated, the author adopts the method of qualitative research and inter- views different types of postgraduates to summarize the current status of their study motivation. The paper also dissects the factors affecting the learning motivations from four aspects such as motivation, content, environment, reward and punishment mechanism, and puts forward practical methods of improving the motivation so as to pro- vide a reference for the postgraduates training in military academies.
