摘　　要：TRIZ理论的分析方法在专利规避的具体实施步骤和实施过程中具有重要价值。主要包括使用TRIZ理论的功能分析对现有专利建立功能模型、进行组件分析等,根据分析结果找到合适的组件进行修剪,使用TRIZ理论工具或头脑风暴法将裁剪掉的组件功能转移到系统其它组件从而获得新的产品设计方案;并在TRIZ理论技术系统进化趋势下创造性使用专利篱笆策略。The analytical methods in TRIZ theory are of great value in the concrete implementation step and process of patent circumvention. These methods mainly include： to establish the function model and to analyze the component of the existing patent by using the functional analysis in TRIZ theory, to find and clip the right components according to the result of the analysis, to transfer the clipped component function to the other system components with the help of tools in TRIZ theory or brainstorming, thus to obtain a new product design project, and to creatively use the patent fence strategy under the evolution trend of technology system.
