摘 要:大庆油田主力油层为河流相沉积,萨、葡油层较为发育厚度大,非均质性严重,水驱开采阶段大量注入水沿着高渗透层带无效地循环、消耗。降低了注入水利用率,因此提出了凝胶深度调剖技术。面对深度调剖,现有调剖剂体系不能很好地完成深度调剖对交联剂缓释交联的要求,无法精确的控制其成胶时间。为了控制其成胶时间,在不加入任何助剂的基础上,通过室内实验在交联聚合物凝胶体系中调整交联剂的用量,得到成胶黏度和时间的数量关系,再利用MATLAB(矩阵实验室)软件进行影响因素显著性分析,并进行数据拟合,最终得到Al^(3+)交联剂凝胶成胶时间与交联剂用量的二项式关系,利用公式可以达到调整交联剂用量来准确控制凝胶成胶时间的目的。The major reservoir in Daqing oil field is fluvial deposition.Sa and Pu layers develop well with great oil layer thickness,and their anisotropy is strong.A lot of injecting water is cycled and consumed inefficiently along the high permeability formation in the water-flooding stage,which decreases the utilization ratio of the water.So,the further gel profile control is put forward to change the situation.For the further profile control,the existing profile control agent system can not meeting the need that crossing-linking agent should release crossinglinking slowly,and the gelling time can not be controlled precisely.So the relation between dosage and time is obtained by controlling the dosage of Al^3+ crossing-linking agent and stabilizer in the crossing-linking polymer gelling system on the basis of no additive,and then use the MATLAB software to analyse the three factors and fit the experimental data.Finally,the polynomial function between the gelling time of Al^3+ crossing-linking agent and its dosage isobtained,and the gelling time can be controlled precisely by control the dosage of crossinglinking agent.
