多奈派齐与尼莫地平联合应用于非重度血管性痴呆的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析多奈哌齐与尼莫地平联合应用于非重度血管性痴呆的治疗效果。方法选择2016年1月至2017年6月收治的90例非重度血管性痴呆患者,随机分为考察组与试验组,各45例,考察组单独使用尼莫地平治疗,试验组使用多奈哌齐与尼莫地平联合治疗,观察比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于考察组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的认知功能和活动能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的认知功能和活动能力评分均改善,且试验组优于考察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多奈哌齐与尼莫地平联合治疗非重度血管性痴呆患者,可显著提高临床效果,改善患者生活质量,值得推荐采纳。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of donepezil combined with nimodipine in non-severe vascular dementia. Methods＇ Ninety patients with non-severe vascular dementia who admitted from January 2016 and June 2017 were randomly divided into study group and experimental group, with 45 cases in each group. The study group was treated with nimodipine alone, and the experimental group was treated with donepezil combined with nimodipine. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 77.78% in the study group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there were no significant differences in cognitive function and activity ability scores between the two groups （P〉 0.05）. After treatment, the cognitive function and activity ability scores of both groups improved, and those of the experi- mental group were superior to the study group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The com- bination of donepezil and nimodipine in patients with non-severe vascular dementia can significantly improve the clinical effect and the quality of life of the patients, which is recommended to adopt.
