摘  要:以离子液体溴化1-丁基-3-乙烯基咪唑(ILs)为亲水性添加剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为相容剂,将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粉末溶于溶剂N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中,完全溶解后加入一定量的ILs和MMA单体进行原位聚合,应用相转换法制备PVDF复合膜。红外光谱测试结果表明ILs与MMA原位复合到PVDF基体中,ILs促进了PVDF中β结晶相生成。扫描电子显微镜分析证明PVDF与MMA-co-ILs之间热力学相容,没有发生相分离。接触角测试结果发现,ILs的引入显著提高了PVDF复合膜的亲水性。改性后的PVDF复合膜具有高的纯水通量和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)截留率,在水处理分离膜领域具有好的应用前景。Poly ( vinylidene fluoride) composite film with 1-butyl-3-vinylimidazolium bromide (ILs) as hydrophilic modifier and methyl methacrylate (MMA) as compatibilizer were prepared by the immersion precipitation process. Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) results show that ILs and MMA are introduced into PVDF matrix successfully and ILs promotes the formation of β crystal. Scanning electron photomicrographs indicate that PVDF is miscible with MMA-co-ILs copolymer and no phase separation takes place. Water contact angle results show that the hydrophilicity of PVDF is enhanced significantly by ILs. The modified PVDF composite films display high pure water flux and bovine serum albumin (BSA) rejection, which shows excellent application prospect in water separation films.
