摘 要:介绍了医院采取控制药占比、耗材比及实施单病种限价和临床路径、完善激励机制等措施,控制医疗费用的不合理增长,减轻患者疾病负担。认为通过制定多重控制指标、加强药事管理、规范耗材流通环节、改革薪酬激励机制、充分发挥医保控费作用、加强新技术及新项目引进等多种手段,可以实现医改控费目标。Measures have been taken by the hospital to control drug expense proportion and consumables expense proportion, in addition to such actions as ceiling pricing for individual diseases, clinical pathways and better incentive mechanisms. All these measures help to curb unreasonable growth of medical expenses, and ease patients' burden. The study proves that the goal of expense control set in the healthcare reform can be achieved by setting multiple control indexes, strengthening pharmaceutical affairs management, normalizing procedure of consumables circulation, reforming the compensation incentive mechanism, giving the best play of cost control role of medical insurance, and introducing new technologies or programs.
