摘 要:目的探讨不同剂量补血I号方对环磷酰胺致血小板减少小鼠模型的作用。方法使用环磷酰胺建立血小板减少模型小鼠60只,随机分为A、B、C、D、E、F组,各10只,其中A、B、C组分别给予83.40、41.7和20.85g/kg补血I号方,即高、中、低剂量组;D组注射500μg/kg重组人白介素-11,E组为模型组,F组为正常对照组。lOd后观察比较各组血小板计数减少情况、骨髓巨核细胞减少数、各免疫器官功能指标变化情况。结果A、B、D组血小板数目显著高于E组,E组脾脏系数显著低于其余各组,A、B、D组胸腺脏器系数显著高于E组(P〈0.05),各组肾上腺脏器系数无显著差异(P〉0.05);B、C、D、E组骨髓聚合细胞计数显著低于F组,A、C、D组骨髓聚合细胞计数显著高于E组(P〈0.05)。结论高剂量补血I号方能够有效减轻环磷酰胺致血小板减少小鼠模型骨髓巨核细胞的抑制作用,提高血小板的数目,改善小鼠免疫功能,效果显著。Objective To explore the effect of different dose of blood tonic NO. 1 on mouse model of cyclophospha- mide induced thrombocytopenia. Method Using cyclophosphamide set up 60 thrombocytopenia mice model,which were randomly divided into A, B, C, D, E, F groups, each group has 10 mice,A, B and C group were given 83.40, 41.7 ,and 20.85 g/kg blood tonic NO. 1 ,namely high,medium and low dose group;Group D were injected 500 ug/ kg recombinant human interleukin - 11 ; group E was model group, group F was normal control group, observed and compared the count after platelet reduced, the number of bone marrow megakaryocyte, the index changes immune organ. Result The platelet number of A, B, D group were higher than group E significantly ;The spleen coefficient of group E was lower than the rest of the group significantly, the thymus organ coefficient of group A, B and D were higher group Em significantly ( P 〈 0.05), the adrenal viscera coefficient of no significant difference ( P〉 0. 05 ) ; the number of marrow aggregation cells of Group B, C, D and E were lower than group F significantly ; and A, C and D were higher than that of group the bone marrow megakaryocyte i E ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion High - dose blood tonic NO. 1 can effectively reduce nhibition to thrombocytopenia mice model by cyclophosphamide. The effect is re- markable in increasing the number of platelets, improving immune function in mice
