摘　　要：介绍首批上海市名老中医彭培初教授从肝论治泌尿系统疾病的临床经验。彭教授认为肝脏功能失调可引起小便异常,其中肝脏的"气、火、风、寒"失调是引起小便异常的主要原因,并根据多年经验确立了"理肝气、泻肝火、息肝风、散肝寒"的独特治疗方法,临床上取得了良好疗效。本文主要从彭教授的医学理论、治疗方法和临床实践三个方面进行详细论述。This paper introduces clinical experiences of Prof. PENG Pei-chu＇s on diseases of urination system by liver treatment. Prof. PENG is an eminent municipal doctor being awarded of the first batch in Shanghai. He considers that disharmony of liver could lead to abnormal urination. Dysfunction of ＂ Wind, Fire, Feng, Han＂ in liver are the main factors of abnormal urination. He has set up unique therapy methods of ＂Regulating Liver Qi. Purging Liver Fire. Smoothing Liver Wind. Scattering Liver Cold＂. achieving good clinical therapeutic effects. This paper mainly gives detailed discussion by three aspects of Prof. PENG＇s on medical theories, treatment methods and clinical practices.
