康艾注射液联合PC化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌晚期患者KPS评分及血清T细胞亚群、CEA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究康艾注射液联合PC化疗方案对非小细胞肺癌晚期患者生存质量（KPS）评分及血清T细胞亚群、癌胚抗原（CEA）水平变化的影响。方法选取非小细胞肺癌晚期患者58例，依据治疗方案分为实验组与对照组，每组29例。对照组予以PC方案（紫杉醇＋卡铂）治疗，实验组予以PC化疗方案＋康艾注射液治疗。统计两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况，比较两组KPS评分、血清T细胞亚群（CD4＋、CD4＋/CD＋、CD＋、CD3＋）及CEA水平变化情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率[51.72%（15/29）]与对照组[44.83%（13/29）]比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗前两组KPS评分比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）；治疗后，实验组KPS评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前血清T细胞亚群CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋、CD8＋、CD3＋及CEA水平比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05）；治疗后，两组CD8＋水平比较差异未见统计学意义（P〉0.05），但实验组CD4＋、CD4＋/CD8＋、CD3＋水平均高于对照组，CEA水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。实验组不良反应发生率[24.14%（7/29）]低于对照组[51.72%（15/29）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论康艾注射液联合PC化疗方案治疗非小细胞肺癌晚期患者，可有效减少不良反应，提高KPS评分，显著调节血清T细胞亚群，降低血清CEA水平，效果较为显著。Objective To investigate the effects of Kang＇ ai injection combined with PC chemo- therapy on Karnofsky performance scores （ KPS ） , serum T cell subsets and carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） levels in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Fifty-eight patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were divided into experimental group and control group according to treatment protocols, with 29 cases in each group. Patients in control group received PC regimen （ paclita- xel ＋ carboplatin ）, and patients in experimental group were given PC chemotherapy combined with Kang＇ ai injection. The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. ＋ ＋ ＋ ＋ The KPS score, serum T lymphocyte subsets （CD4 , CD4 ＋/CD8 , CD8 , CD3 ） and CEA levels were compared between the two groups. Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between experimental group [51.72% （15/29） ] and control group [44.83% （13/29） ], P 〉 0. 05. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in KPS scores between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ; compared with the control group, the KPS score of the experimental group was higher after treat- ment （P 〈0.05）. The serum T lymphocyte subsets CD4 ＋ , CD4 ＋/COs ＋ , CD8 ＋ , CD3 and CEA levels were insignificantly different between the two groups before treatment （P 〉 0. 05 ） ; after treatment, there was also no significant difference between the two groups in CDs ＋ level （P 〉 0. 05 ） , but compared with the control group, CD4 ＋ and CD4/CDs, CD3 levels in the experimental group were higher, and CEA lev- el was lower （P 〈0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse reaction in experimental group [24. 14% （7/29）] was lower than that in control group [ 51.72 % （15/29） ], P 〈 0. 05.
