摘 要:提出了一种W波段波导-微带转换结构。该转换结构采用探针耦合转换的形式实现微波信号从矩形波导(BJ-900)到微带传输线的转换,并利用介质板实现波导口的密封。设计制作背靠背转换结构,在75~105GHz频率范围内测试结果:回波损耗优于-10dB,插入损耗小于3dB,泄漏率小于1×10-9Pa·m3/s。The design and realization of a W-band microwave signal transition structure from rectangular waveguide to microstrip line with sealing was presented in this paper.In this design,a microstrip probe coupling was used to complete the transition of microwave signal from waveguide to microstrip and the substrate was used to seal the waveguide port.The transition was fabricated and tested in the back-to-back structure.It is shown that the return loss of the transition is better than-10 dB,the insertion loss is less than 3 dB,and the leakage rate is 1 ess than 1×10-9 Pa·m3/s in the frequency range of 75~105 GHz.
