试析脱欧对英国高等教育的影响

摘　　要：英国脱欧这一国际关系重大事件将会深刻影响英国的高等教育事业。英国的高等教育享誉世界,在国际教育界具有重要地位,脱欧会直接影响在英国高校就职的欧盟教职工的职业生涯、外国留学生以及学生就业、高校的科学研究,甚至对英国海外领土所属高校也会造成冲击。为此,英国政府应当及早采取妥善的应对措施,如继续保持开放、处理好移民与人才引进的矛盾、通过谈判确保继续参与欧盟相关研究计划等。Brexit will have profound influence on British higher education,which has enjoyed world reputation.Brexit will directly affect the careers of European Union staff working with British universities,overseas students and the employment of the graduates,the scientific research in British universities,and even the overseas universities of the UK.To this end,British government should,as soon as possible,take such measures as maintaining the openness,well handling the conflicts between immigrant problems and the attraction of talents and ensuring its continued participation in the European Union research programs through negotiation.
