摘　　要：本文从社会历史背景,法律保障体系完善程度,课程培训体系的完备程度和社会认可程度等方面,对中西方的现代学徒制进行比较研究,为探索中国特色的现代学徒制提供重要参考。This paper compares the social historical background,the degree of improvement of legal guarantee system,the degree of perfection of curriculum training system and the degree of social approbation of modern apprenticeship systems in China and the western countries.
