儿童单眼先天性上斜肌麻痹术后双眼视觉功能的临床分析

摘　　要：目的通过对儿童单眼先天性上斜肌麻痹手术前与手术后,双眼视觉功能以及代偿性头位比较,分析术后双眼视觉功能建立的影响因素及规律。方法对手术治疗的65例儿童单眼先天性上斜肌麻痹患儿进行手术前后立体视觉的检查,并统计其分析差异。结果手术后患儿的远、近立体视功能均较手术前有显著改善,P<0.05;小度数垂直斜视、矫正视力正常的儿童术后立体视改善比较好,P<0.05;术前有代偿头位的儿童术后立体视改善效果非常显著,P<0.01;手术年龄对双眼视觉功能恢复无明显影响,P>0.05。结论儿童单眼先天性上斜肌麻痹手术后双眼视觉功能明显改善,垂直斜视度的大小、术前有无代偿头位、矫正视力对术后双眼视觉功能重建均有显著影响。Objective To analysis the influence factors of binocular visual function after surgery for monocular congenital superior oblique palsy children. Methods 65 cases of children with congenital superior oblique palsy were analyzed, and stereo vision of patients were examed and compared before and after operation.Results After the surgery, most of the children have improved significantly than before the surgery, P〈0.05; In small vertical strabismus degree patients, postoperative stereoscopic improve better, P〈0.05; Preoperative children with compensatory head improved stereoscopic postoperative, P〈0.01; The surgery age has no influence to the binocular visual function recovery, P〉0.05. Conclusion The binocular vision function obviously improved after the surgery for monocular children congenital superior oblique palsy. The degree of vertical strabismus, preoperative presence of compensatory head have a significant impact on postoperative binocular vision function reconstruction.
