浅谈《伤寒论》“存津液”

摘　　要：《伤寒论》的扶正固本思想是非常明确的,"存津液"更是固本扶正思想的体现,主要体现在以下3个方面:(1)急下存阴,主要有阳明三急下证和少阴三急下证,皆用大承气汤攻下积滞,荡涤实热。辨证要点是"实"字,当机立断是"急"字,治疗方法是"下"字,目的是保存阴液,保存生命。(2)清热存阴,常用方有白虎汤和人参白虎汤,白虎汤清热生津,主治阳明大热、大渴、大汗出、脉洪大的"四大症";人参白虎汤清热、益气、生津,主治汗多、脉大无力、津气皆伤的病症。(3)回阳存阴,急下存阴和清热存阴一般皆系实证方面而致阴阳将损或已损,而回阳存阴是指虚证方面的救治,方有四逆汤、通脉四逆汤、四逆加人参汤、通脉四逆加猪胆汤,多为阳亡阴脱的危候,若不"急温之",则有"不治"或"死"的危险。Strengthening genuine qi to consolidate the construction in Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases is very clear,especially ＂preservation of body fluid＂ is the embodiment of the thought,mainly in the following 3 aspects：（1） Timely purgation to preserve yin：There are main yangming three timely purgation syndrome and shaoyin three timely purgation syndrome.For the above two syndromes,Major Purgative Decoction is used to eliminate retention and clear away excess-heat.The dialectical point is ＂ excess＂,and making a prompt decision is ＂ urgent＂,and the treatment method is ＂ purgation＂.The purpose is to preserve body fluid to save life.（2） Clearing away accumulated heat to preserve yin：The commonly-used prescriptions are White Tiger Decoction,Ginseng and White Tiger Decoction.White Tiger Decoction can clear away heat and generate body fluid,mainly treat ＂ four major symptoms＂ such as excessive heat in yangming,extreme thirst,profuse sweating,surging and large pulse.Ginseng and White Tiger Decoction.White Tiger Decoction can clear away heat,supplement qi and generate body fluid,mainly treat profuse sweating,large and weak pulse,damaged fluid and qi.（3）Recuperating depleted yang to preserve yin：Timely purgation to preserve yin,and clearing away accumulated heat to preserve yin are suitable for excess syndrome leading to damaged yin and yang or coming damaged yin and yang,while recuperating depleted yang to preserve yin is often used to treat deficiency syndrome.The commonly-used prescriptions include Frigid Extremities Decoction,Decoction for Promoting Blood Circulation and Relieving Cold Frigid Extremities Decoction Plus Ginseng,Decoction for Promoting Blood Circulation and Relieving Cold plus Pig Gall.Deficiency syndrome is usually yang and yin exhaustion,if it is not warmed quickly,the patient will not be cured or die.
