摘 要:目的分析研究丹参挥发油的最佳提取工艺以及化学成分。方法通过正交试验设计对丹参的浸泡时间、加水量、粉碎度、提取时间对水蒸气蒸馏法提取丹参挥发油的影响进行考察,同时采用气相色谱-质谱联用法对丹参挥发油进行化学成分分析测定;用归一化法计算所提取的丹参挥发油中各化学成分的相对百分含量。结果所得到的最佳实验结果为丹参粉碎度100μm,提取5 h,浸泡0 h,7倍加水量。从丹参挥发油中分析出29种化学成分,其中主要化学成分为桃拓酚(68.39%)。结论研究了丹参挥发油的最佳提取工艺和主要成分,为丹参的进一步开发研究提供了科学依据。Objective To investigate the best extraction technology and chemical components of Salvia volatile oil. Methods Through the orthogonal experimental design on the method of steam distillation,the effect of the the soak time,the volume of w ater,the grinding degree of salvia,and the extraction time on the salvia volatile oil w ere investigated. The components from the volatile oil w ere identified by GC-M S. The relative content of each component w as determined by area normalization. Results The optimum extraction technology of salvia granularity w as smashing to 100 mesh,extracting for five hours,soaking for 0 hours,adding 7 times of w ater. 29 kinds of chemical components w ere identified from the volatile oil of Salvia,in w hich the main chemical ingredient is totarol( 68. 39%). Conclusions The best extraction technology and chemical constituents of essential oil from salvia w ere investigated,and a scientific basis is provided for the development of Salvia.
