摘  要:目的以自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)和脑卒中易感型大鼠(SHRsp)为模型,以正常大鼠(Wistar)为对照,揭示3类大鼠脑血管的解剖形态。方法利用Micro-CT获取3类大鼠的脑血管CT值模型,对比校正计算出标准值;采取超微脑血管灌注、亚毫米磨削、超高像素图像采集、三维重建等手段构建出三类大鼠模型的脑血管数字解剖数据库。结果实现3类正常与异常脑血管解剖形态可视化。结论可以为脑血管疾病的防治和研究提供了新的一种手段和方法。Objective The anatomical morphology of cerebral blood vessels in three rats was revealed by the model of spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) and cerebral apoplexy rats (SHRsp), with normal rats (Wistar) as the control. Meth- ods The CT value model of cerebral blood vessels was obtained by Miero-CT, and the standard value was calculated. The cerebral vascular digital anatomic database of three types of rat models was constructed by means of uhrathin cerebral vascu- lar perfusion, submillimeter grinding, ultrahigh pixel image acquisition and 3d reconstruction. Results Visualization of nor- mal and abnormal cerebrovascular anatomy in SHR and SHRsp. Comclusion It can provide new means and methods for the prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
