摘  要:以云计算、物联网、大数据、移动互联网为核心技术,借鉴"工业4.0"中智能化生产和网络化客户关系重建的先进理念,结合煤炭企业实际情况,提出了以"四块三层两翼一中心"为核心架构。架构是以建立煤炭行业数据编码标准规范为依据,围绕矿井"人、机、物、环"4个方面,从矿井的设备层、数据层和应用层入手,通过建立以矿井"人、机、物、环"4个模块为研究对象,实现以客户需求为主导的新型"智慧供应链"和"智慧销售链",最终形成集团公司以利益为中心、生产单位以成本控制为中心的"四块三层两翼一中心"的全矿井两化深度融合管理应用体系。框架的实施可以提高矿井的生产效率、安全保障水平和运行效益,由粗放型自动化生产到集约型智能化的生产方式转变。By the cloud computing, networking, big data, mobile Internet as the core technology, using advanced concept of "industry400" in intelligent manufacturing and customer relationship network reconstruction, combined with the actual situation of coal enterprises, put forward a "four blocks, three layers, two wings, one center" as the core architecture. The framework was based on the establishment of coal industry data coding standards. Around four aspects of the mine "man, machine, thing, environment", from the mine equipment layer, data layer and application layer, through the establishment of mine "man, machine, thing, environment" four modules as the object of study. To achieve customer demand led the new "wisdom supply chain" and "wisdom sales chain." Eventually form the interests of the group company as the center, production units in order to cost control as the center of "four blocks, three layers, two wings, one center" of the whole mine two depth integration management application system. The implementation of this framework can improve the production efficiency, safety guarantee level and operation benefit of mine, and change from extensive automatic production to intensive and intelligent production mode.
