双套环顺行置管治疗外伤性泪小管断裂的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察双套环顺行置管术治疗泪小管断裂的效果。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2016年12月外伤性泪小管断裂165例（165眼）的临床资料。所有患者采用双套环顺行泪道置管吻合术，术后3—6个月，平均（20．6±5．2）周拔管。结果165例中，治愈140例（84．85％），好转23例（13．94％），无效2例（1．21％）。术后无明显并发症发生。结论双套环顺行置管术治疗泪小管断裂有助于恢复泪道正常解剖功能和生理功能，效果良好。Objective To observe the efficacy of double ring guided anterograde intubation for the treatment of traumatic lacrimal canaliculus laceration. Methods The data of 165 eyes of 165 cases with traumatic canaliculus laceration from Jan. 2015 to Dec. 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients underwent double ring guided anterograde intubation for canalicular reconstruction. The tubes were removed at 3 - 6 months postoperatively, average （ 20. 6 ± 5. 2 ） weeks. Results Of 165 cases, 140 cases （84.85%） were cured,23 cases （ 13.94% ） were improved,and 2 cases （ 1.21% ） invalid. No significant complication occurred after operation. Conclusion Double ring guided anterograde intubation is safe and effective to reconstruct canaliculi anatomically and functionally.
