摘　　要：目的评价单一重睑切口额肌瓣悬吊术治疗儿童重度先天性上睑下垂的效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月至2017年6月64例（92眼）儿童重度先天性上睑下垂的临床资料。手术均采用单一重睑切口额肌瓣悬吊术。随访3～6个月。结果所有患儿术后早期均有轻度的眼睑闭合不全，术后1个月恢复正常。末次随访所有患儿睑裂高度正常，重睑弧度自然，其中效果满意者57例（83眼），占90．22％，良好者7例（9眼），占9．78％，无1例失败。未出现上睑成角畸形、睑内翻、睑外翻、穹隆部结膜脱垂、暴露性角膜炎或感染等并发症。结论单一重睑切口额肌瓣悬吊术治疗儿童重度先天性上睑下垂手术损伤小，并发症少，能够取得良好的手术效果。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of frontalis muscle flap suspension with single incision of double eyelid for the correction of severe congenital blepharoptosis in children. Methods The data of 92 eyes of 64 children with severe congenital blepharoptosis from Jan. 2007 to Jun. 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. AU children were treated with the frontalis muscle flap suspension with single incision of double eyelid. They were followed up 3 - 6 months. Results In the early postoperative period all children had mild lagophthalmos, and they recovered to nomal in 1 month after surgery. At the last follow-up time, all cases got a satisfied efficacy with nomal palpebral fissure height and symmetric double eyelids. Efficacy was satisfactory in 83 eyes of 57 cases （90.22%）, good in 9 eyes of 7 cases（9.78% ） , and no inefficient case occurred. No complication occurred such as malformed upperlid fold deformity, entropion, ectropion, formix conjunctival prolapse, exposure keratitis or infection. Conclusion The frontalis muscle flap suspension with single incision of double eyelid is a safe and effective technique for severe congenital blepharoptosis in children with small injury and less complications. It can achieve good surgical results.
