2015年聊城市居民恶性肿瘤发病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解聊城市恶性肿瘤发病情况,为制定聊城市肿瘤综合防治策略提供科学依据。方法收集2015年新发恶性肿瘤发病数据,分析恶性肿瘤发病率、发病顺位、年龄别发病率、中标率等。结果 2015年聊城市共登记报告恶性肿瘤病例12 417例,报告粗发病率为207.81/10万,按照2000年人口普查的人口结构进行调整,恶性肿瘤的标化发病率为186.30/10万;其中男性6 622例,女性5 795例,男女发病比例数比为1.14∶1,恶性肿瘤的报告发病率男性(216.58/10万)高于女性(198.62/10万),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);发病高峰集中在≥65岁老年组。发病前10位恶性肿瘤依次为呼吸系统、胃、肝脏、食管、乳腺、甲状腺、直肠、结肠、子宫、脑神经系统部位恶性肿瘤。结论聊城市恶性肿瘤报告发病率低于全国和山东省水平。Objective To understand the incidence of malignant tumors in Liaocheng city,so as to provide scientific basis for working out comprehensive prevention and control strategies. Methods The incidence data of malignant tumors were collected in 2015. The incidence, syn position, age specific incidence, age-standardized incidence by Chinese standard population （ASR China）were reviewed. Results In 2015, there were 12 417 cases of malignant tumor inLiaocheng city. The crude incidence rate of malignant tumors in 2015 was 207.81/105 ,and the ASR China was 186.30/105 ,according to the population structure of the 2000 census. There were 6 622 males and 5 795 females,the male and female incidence ratio was 1.14 ： 1. The reported incidence rate was 216.58/105 ,198.62/105. The peak incidence was concentrated in old people aged more than 65 years, and the incidence in maleswas higher than that in females（ P 〈0.01）. The top 10 malignant tumors were respiratory, gastric, liver, esophageal, breast, thyroid, rectal, colon, uterine and cranial nervous system malig nant tumors. Conclusion The incidence of malignant tumors in Liaocheng city is lower than that of the national and that of Shandong province.
