管床护士与护工信息化捆绑管理模式对护理质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:通过管床护士与护工信息化捆绑管理模式的应用,探索对老年干部病房护理质量的影响。方法:选取医院2015年5月至2016年5月收治的老年干部科慢性病患者218例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组108例,施以常规护理,观察组110例,予以管床护士与护工信息化捆绑管理模式护理老年干部病房患者,比较分析两组护理质量,具体指标包括:护士执业满意度指标、护士专科护理质量、患者家属满意度、不良事件发生率。结果:观察组护士执业满意度指标由88%提高到96.4%;护士专科护理质量由91.2%提高到98.5%;护理不良事件发生率由10.6%下降到5.1%;患者家属满意度由92.6%提高到99.1%。结论:管床护士与护工进行信息化捆绑管理在老年干部病房的实施,调动了护工工作积极性,有效提升了护理质量,促进了护理服务发展,在临床具有推广意义。Objective： By nurse assistamts and nurse tube bed bound application management mode, explore the influence on the quality of nursing care of elderly cadres ward. Methods： In our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were elderly patients with chronic diseases, 218 cases as the research object, randomly divided into 2 groups, 108 cases in the control group with routine nursing, the observation group of 110 cases, nurses and nurse tube bed to be bundled with management mode of nursing care for the elderly cadres ward patients, compared 2 groups of nursing quality, specific indicators include： nurse practitioners, nurse satisfaction index of nursing quality, patient satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events. Results： The observation group nurses satisfaction index increased from 88% to 96.4%; the quality of nursing specialist nurses increased from 91.2% to 98.5%; the incidence rate of nursing adverse events decreased from 10.6% to 5.1%; patient satisfaction increased from 92.6% to 99.1%. Conclusion： Nurses and nurse tube bed bundled management in elderly cadres ward, to mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses, improve nursing quality, promote the development of nursing service, with the promotion of significance in clinical practice.
