摘 要:根据现有低压铸造铝合金轮毂底模涂料在使用中存在的问题,找出在低压铸造过程中,底模形成粘铝、拉伤以及粗糙的具体原因。现有涂料容易脱落或冲刷变薄甚至造成模具裸露,进而造成铝侵蚀,形成粘铝。分析了原涂料成分,给出了改进措施。通过调整涂料组成并结合适当的喷涂工艺,使铝合金轮毂铸造用底模涂料的使用效果得到明显改善,延长模具在机时间,同时改善了轮毂的外观,提高了生产效率。According to the existing problems of bottom die coating in being used for low-pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub, the specific reasons were found out for the formation of pickup, mould pull and rough at the bottom die. It is proposed that in the low-pressure casting process, because of its unreasonable composition and single structure, the existing bottom die coating easily fall offor being scoured and worn thin, and even making metal die exposed to aluminum liquid and be corroded to form pickup. Improvement methods for the existing bottom die coating were given on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its composition. By improving the composition and combining suitable spray technics, using effects of bottom die coating for low-pressure casting aluminum alloy wheel hub were obviously improved and appearances of final product were improved also, and the productivity has been risen greatly.
