摘  要:在广州市不同流通领域购买发泡餐具样本30批次,通过测定在100℃下与水、酸、醇、油脂类四种食品模拟物接触2 h后模拟物中二氟二氯甲烷、苯乙烯单体的迁移情况,进行风险分析,初步确定发泡餐具中二氟二氯甲烷和苯乙烯单体迁移的风险等级。通过顶空-气相色谱质谱联用法测定食品模拟物中二氟二氯甲烷、苯乙烯单体的迁移量,通过计算日累计暴露量,结合专家评估的方式进行风险分析。苯乙烯单体在水、酸、醇、油脂类4种食品模拟物中均有迁出,在油脂类食品模拟物中苯乙烯单体迁移出来的量较高,其次是水、醇、酸类;所采集的样本中苯乙烯单体日累计暴露量小于0.01 mg/(d-1·kg-1体重)。二氟二氯甲烷在四种食品模拟物中均未检出。根据样品中二氟二氯甲烷、苯乙烯单体的迁移情况,苯乙烯单体的日累积暴露量,结合苯乙烯安全摄入量以及专家评估结果,最终确定发泡餐具中苯乙烯单体迁移的风险等级属于L级(低风险),二氟二氯甲烷迁移的风险等级属于A级(可容许风险)。The migration of dichlorodifluoromethane and styrene monomer in 30 batches disposable foam tableware purchased from different circulation fields in Guangzhou were detected. Migration experiments were conducted by four food simulated materials including water, acid, alcohol and fat after 2 h at 100 ℃. Risk analysis was carried out and risk levels of dichlorodifluoromethane and styrene monomer in disposable foam tableware were preliminary determined. Dichlorodifluoromethane and styrene monomer migrations in the food simulated materials were detected by headspace-gas chromatography mass spectrometry. Risk analysis was carried out through combining the calculated cumulative exposure and the expert evaluation conclusions. The results showed that styrene monomer in the sample migrated in the four kinds of food simulated materials, and the migration value in the fat was the largest, followed by water, alcohol and acid. The calculated cumulative exposure of styrene monomer was less than 0.01 mg/kg/day. Dichlorodifluoromethane was not detected in the four food simulated materials. According to dichlorodifluoromethane and styrene monomer migration detection results, calculated cumulative exposure, safe intake of styrene monomer and experts evaluation results, the risk levels of dichlorodifluoromethane migration and styrene monomer migration in disposable foam tableware were determined as level L(tolerable risk) and level A(low risk), respectively.
