摘 要:利在众多病症中,癌症是公认的极难治愈的一类疾病,紫杉醇则是有效治疗癌症药物的代表。然而,因为紫杉醇自身的结构使其具有很强的疏水性,限制了药效的发挥。想要提高药效以更有效地治疗癌症,提高紫杉醇的亲水性便是需要克服的首要难题。本综述聚焦于当前已研发出的使紫杉醇发生纳米水化从而具有疏水性的方法,如物理吸附法、简单聚合物包裹法、与其他物质结合形成胶束以及与适宜物质进行逐层自组装等。这些方法都可以制备紫杉醇递送系统,有助于紫杉醇杀伤癌细胞效率的提高,增加癌症的治愈率。Among the many diseases, cancer is recognized as a class of disease that is very difficult to be cured, and paclitaxel is the representative of the effective treatment of cancer drugs. However, paclitaxel has strong hydrophobicity because of its own structure, which limits its efficacy. Improving the hydrophilicity of paclitaxel is the primary problem to overcome in order to improve the efficacy of the drug to treat cancer more effectively. In this paper, we focused on the methods that have been developed to make paclitaxel nano-hydrated and then hydrophobic, such as physisorption-mediated method, simple polymer encapsulation, micelle formation by combining with other substances and layer-by-layer self-assembly with suitable materials. All these methods could be used to prepare paclitaxel delivery system, which chould help to improve the efficiency of paclitaxel killing cancer cells and increase the cure rate of cancer.
