伴有非小细胞肺癌肿瘤标志物增高的广泛期小细胞肺癌一线化疗的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌标志物(如cea、c Yfra 21-1、scc等)对广泛期小细胞肺癌疗效及预后的指导意义。方法收集广泛期小细胞肺癌患者80例,其中实验组(nse增高伴cea、c Yfra 21-1、scc增高)病例40例,对照组(单纯nse增高)病例40例。两组均给予VP-16+顺铂方案化疗。结果实验组与对照组在化疗药物的毒副反应(粒细胞抑制、血小板抑制、恶心呕吐等)方面之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组的有效率为50%,对照组的有效率为70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组与对照组在无进展生存期与总生存期上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伴有非小细胞肺癌标志物(如cea、c Yfra 21-1、scc等)增高的广泛期小细胞肺癌对一线化疗方案e P方案的敏感性差,有效率低。Objective to explore the guiding significance of non small cell lung cancer markers（such as cea,c Yfra 21-1, scc, etc.） on the curative effect and prognosis of patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer were collected, including 40 cases of experimental group（nse increased with cea,c Yfra 21-1 and scc increased）, and 40 cases of the control group（only nse increased）. two groups were given VP-16＋ cisplatin regimen chemotherapy. Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group（P0.05） in the side effects of chemotherapy drugs（granulocyte inhibition, platelet inhibition, nausea and vomiting and so on）. the effective rate of the experimental group was 50%, the control group was 70%, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. There was no significant difference in progression free survival and overall survival between the experimental group and the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion With the increase of non small cell lung cancer markers（such as cea, c Yfra 21-1, scc, etc.）, the extensive stage small cell lung cancer had poor sensitivity to first-line chemotherapy regimen EP, and the efficiency was low.
