摘 要:锅炉温度控制系统具有非线性、参数时变性、大惯性、迟滞性等特点,采用机理建模很难完成,因此,采用系统辨识工具箱确定锅炉温度控制系统的数学模型。由于常规的PID控制又难以取得较好的控制效果,该文提出了模糊PID控制算法,同时,在此基础上建立了Matlab的Simulink仿真框图,设计了模糊PID控制器。最后通过常规PID与模糊PID控制算法仿真对比分析,得出模糊PID控制系统响应速度快、超调小、稳定性好,可达到更好的控制效果。Due to the nonlinearity of the boiler temperature control system,time-varying parameters,large inertia and hysteresis,it is very difficult to use mechanism modeling. Therefore,the mathematical model of the boiler temperature control system is determined by the system identification toolbox. As the conventional PID control is hard to get a better control effect,this paper presents a fuzzy PID control algorithm,at the same time,on this basis,the Simulink simulation diagram of Matlab is established and the fuzzy PID controller is designed. Finally,through the comparative analysis of the conventional PID and fuzzy PID control algorithm,it is concluded that the fuzzy PID control system has the advantages of fast response,small overshoot and good stability,which can achieve better control effect.
