槐耳颗粒联合索拉非尼治疗晚期肝细胞癌的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨槐耳颗粒联合索拉非尼与单药索拉非尼对晚期肝细胞癌的治疗效果及不良反应。方法选取2011年6月至2015年6月解放军沈阳军区总医院肿瘤科收治的54例晚期肝细胞癌患者，按照治疗方案分为双药联合组与单药组，双药联合组30例患者，采用槐耳颗粒联合索拉非尼治疗；单药组24例患者，采用索拉非尼治疗，定期随访患者，评估两组患者的治疗效果及不良反应。结果双药联合组中位总生存期及中位肿瘤进展时间均长于单药组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），不良反应发生率低于单药组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在晚期肝癌的治疗中，槐耳颗粒联合索拉非尼的治疗效果较单药索拉非尼更加显著，不良反应的发生率更低。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and side effects of Huaier granules combined with sorafenib and single solofenib on advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods A retro- spective study was performed on 54 patients with advanced liver cancer from June 2011 to June 2015. Pa- tients were divided into the two drugs group （ n = 30, Huaier granules combined with sorafenib） and single drug group（n = 24, single sorafenib）. Patients were followed up regularly to evaluate the efficacy and side effects. Results The median survival time and median tumor progression time were better in the two drugs group than those in the single drug group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the adverse reaction rate was lower in the two drugs group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Huaier granules and sorafenib is more effective in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma than single solafenib, and the toxicity is lower.
