环境移民背景下简约生活方式的养成

摘　　要：人为因素导致环境恶化,进而迫使人们远离故土,重新寻找适宜的生活环境,这种因为环境恶化而形成的人口迁移称为"环境移民"。环境移民只是顾及当前的求生之计,真正维护良好环境或恢复环境的根本应对之策,应该是充分运用环境生态伦理思想引导社会,重建人的认知系统,改变社会观念,进而改变我们现行的存在状态和生存方式,特别是业已习惯的消费方式和生活方式,构建简约健康的生活信念体系,以节约为美德,推崇简俭、自然、环保的价值观和生活观,养成简朴为美、简朴为福的日常生活能力。Human factors lead to environmental degradation,forcing people away from their homeland to find a new place suitable for living. Usually,the migration of the population as a result of environmental degradation is called ＂ environmental immigration＂. Environmental immigration is only a temporary plan for survival.In order to maintain a good environment or restore a damaged one,it is imperative to reorient the society according to the environmental ecological ethics,to reconstruct people＇s cognitive system and to change the social values. People have to change the existence mode,especially the way of consumption and living. A simple and healthy living belief should be constructed with economy,simplicity,naturalness and environmental friendliness as virtues,thus developing a living style which regards simplicity as beauty and blessing.
