摘 要:目前,无人机应用迅速增多,相应的管控问题不可避免。无线电管理部门可从无线电技术角度对无人机进行辅助管理。在分析了无人机常用导航和通信技术的基础上,根据无人机管控思路,分别研究了对无人机的发现、定位、压制技术,并有针对性地提出了综合多种管控手段、探索新型管控技术、防范潜在干扰风险等无人机管控的政策建议。Nowadays, the Unmanned Aircraft Vehicles application has increased rapidly. However, the corresponding management and control issues are inevitable. The radio management department can provide radio technology assistance to the control of unmanned aircraft vehicles. Based on the analysis of unmanned aircraft vehicles’ common navigation and communication technologies, and according to unmanned aircraft vehicles control ideas, the discovering, positioning, and suppressing technologies are studied separately. Besides, some unmanned aircraft vehicles control policy recommendations, i.e. integrating multiple control methods, exploring innovative control technologies, and preventing potential interference risk, are also proposed.
