摘 要:随着渤海油田进入中、高含水期开发阶段,油井管柱存在不同的结垢现象,严重影响原油产量和油井的检泵周期。在锦州9-3-W5-6井检泵作业起出管柱,带孔管以下至顶封以上油管外壁发现大量垢样。一般认为结垢是成垢离子成盐析出导致的,本文通过对渤海油田锦州9-3-W5-6井地层水结垢预测,酸化配方分析,及作业后取得的垢样进行组分成分分析,发现井下管柱结垢原因是酸化后含氟二次沉淀造成的。通过扫描电镜(SEM)区分垢样形态,以及X射线能谱仪(EDS)对垢样成分进行了分析,部分形态样品氟元素含量高达44.72%,其结果对氟硼酸酸化体系的现场应用具有重要指导意义。The Bohai oilfield is stepping into the middle and high water cut stage. There are different degrees of scaling in downhole string, seriously affected the oil production and pump maintenance period. During the well pump workover operation in well JZ9-3-W5-6,amounts of scale founded on tubing between the ported sub and top packer. It is generally believed that scaling is caused by precipitation of salt-forming ions. In this paper, by the water scaling prediction, acidification formula and the components analysis. Found that the reason for the downhole pipe scaling is caused by acidification and the secondary fluorine precipitation. The scale components were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the scale elements were analyzed by EDS. The content of fluorine in some samples was as high as 44.72 %. The result is great significance of fluoroboric acid for filed application.
