摘　　要：在精准扶贫背景下,文章通过对样本地区基层党组织建设的问卷调查和访谈,针对样本地区农村基层党组织在精准扶贫中存在的问题,提出金融、技术、传统产业、特色产业、教育扶贫和基础设施建设为主的"六合一"精准扶贫模式。以期发挥农村基层党组织在精准扶贫工作中的领导作用和先锋模范作用,同时又发挥精准扶贫工作在农村基层党组织干部的选拔和检验执政能力中试金石作用。Under the background of precision poverty alleviation, through questionnaire surveys and interviews with grassroots party organizations in sample areas, the paper addresses the problems existing in rural poverty-stricken party organizations in precision poverty alleviation in sample areas, and proposes financial, technological, traditional industries, special industries, education poverty alleviation, and foundations with the ＂6-in-one＂ precision poverty alleviation model based on facility construction, in order to give play to the leadership role and pioneering role of the rural grass-roots party organizations in precision poverty alleviation work, at the same time, to play the role of precision poverty alleviation in the selection of rural grassroots party organizations and the ability to test the ability of governance.
