柴胡皂苷A对内毒素诱导子痫前期大鼠模型的影响

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡皂苷A(SSA)对内毒素(LPS)诱导子痫前期大鼠模型的影响。方法将受孕SD大鼠随机分为空白组、LPS组以及LPS+SSA组,每组11只。自受孕第5天开始,空白组给予尾静脉注射生理盐水,LPS组尾静脉注射LPS溶液,LPS+SSA组尾静脉注射LPS与SSA混合液,一直持续到第18天。然后尾套法测各组孕鼠血压,送检尿蛋白,测量孕鼠体质量及子鼠体质量。结果 LPS组孕鼠血压和尿蛋白量均明显高于空白组(P均<0.05),子鼠体质量明显低于空白组(P<0.05)。LPS+SSA组孕鼠血压和尿蛋白量均明显低于LPS组(P均<0.05),子鼠体质量明显高于LPS组(P<0.05),且各指标与空白组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 SSA能够抑制LPS诱导的孕鼠血压及尿蛋白升高,抑制子痫前期的发生。Objective It is to explore the influence of saikosaponin-A（ SSA） on lipopolysaccharides（ LPS） induced pre-eclampsia rat model. Methods Pregnant SD rats were randomly divided into three groups： saline control group,LPS induced model group and LPS combined with SSA treatment group,each group had 11 rats. The control group,LPS group and LPS ＋ SSA group were respectively given normal saline,LPS solution,LPS ＋ SSA solution by nail vein injection. All the treatments began from day 5 of pregnancy and lasted to day 18 of pregnancy. Blood pressure was measured using the tail-cuff method,urine protein was collected and quantified,and weight of dams and pups was measured. Results In LPS induced group,rat blood pressure and urine protein were significantly higher while the body weight of pups was lower than that in control group（ P＜0. 05）. In LPS ＋ SSA group,rat blood pressure and urine protein were lower and body weight of pups was higher than that in LPS group（ P＜0. 05）,and the difference in every index was not significant when compared to control group（ P＜0. 05）. Conclusion SSA could inhibit LPS-induced hypertension and increase of urine protein,and inhibit the occurrence of preeclampsia.
