企业大学组织资本组合与功能体系的协同演化——华为大学和华润大学的纵向案例分析

摘　　要：以华为大学和华润大学为典型案例,分析了企业大学的组织资本组合与功能体系的协同演化。通过探索性案例分析,归纳了企业大学组织资本组合的构成维度——包括师资网络资本、知识吧资本、内知识流程资本和外知识流程资本。发现组织资本组合作为功能体系的重要支撑,随着企业大学功能体系的完善呈现序贯性演进。揭示了组织资本组合与功能体系之间存在双向互促的影响机理,构建了组织资本组合和功能体系在不同发展阶段的"阶梯"共演模型。Huawei University and Huarun University are taken as the typical cases,the co-evolution trends of organizational capital portfolio and function system are analyzed.This paper takes Huawei University and Huarun University as the typical cases,and analyzes the co-evolution trends of organizational capital portfolio and function system.Through the exploratory case analysis,it summarizes the component dimensions of corporate university＇s organizational capital portfolio,including teacher network capital,knowledge Ba capital,internal knowledge process capital and external knowledge process capital.As the main support of function system,organizational capital portfolio is also sequential evolution with the improvement of corporate university＇s function system.In each development stage of the corporate universities,there is a synergistic mechanism of two-way mutual promotion,and the ladder co-evolution model has been raised.
