摘　　要：人的问题一直是国内外关注的焦点问题。作为曾经的社会主义国家,苏联—俄罗斯关于人的问题的研究与我国人的问题的不同主要体现在五个方面,即指导思想、研究内容、理论性质、实现路径、历史命运的不同。这些差异在党的"十九大"报告中有充分体现。通过对比两国人的问题的不同,有助于我们揭示苏联解体的原因并从中汲取教训,有助于我们发展和完善中国特色社会主义理论和实践,增强道路自信、理论自信、制度自信和文化自信。The problem of human beings has always been the focus of attention at home and abroad. As a former socialist country,the different research of the problem of human beings in the Soviet Union-Russia and the problems of our people are mainly reflected in five aspects： Guiding ideology,research content,theoretical nature,realization of path and historical fate. These differences are fully reflected in the＂nineteen major＂reports of the Communist Party of China. By comparing the differences between the two people of the two countries,It will help us to reveal the causes of the disintegration of the Soviet Union and draw lessons from it and help us to develop and improve the theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and enhance the confidence of the road,the confidence of the theory,the confidence of the system and the confidence of the culture.
