摘 要:《论语》中有四处孔子对于管仲的评价。关于四处评价之间是否一致,学界多有争论,而最大分歧则在集中在孔子是否肯定管仲为"仁"。单纯从字句本身,以及整书的行文特点和孔子的言语习惯,都很难对此做出完全合理的判断。只有将孔子仁学的多维性特点一并纳入,形成三位一体的考察,方可对孔子的评价做出正确的解读。孔子并没有直接肯定管仲为"仁",他是有意向弟子传达仁学多维性的理论特点。当然,四处评价之间也并无矛盾,他承认管仲的功业与才能,但至于"仁",孔子进行的则是多维评价。直接认为孔子肯定或否定管仲为"仁",都是简单化和呆板的。Confucius had four comments on Guan Zhong in The Analects of Confucius. Although many scholars have different opinions about the consistency of these comments,among which the biggest disagreement lies in whether Confucius recognized Guan Zhong as"benevolent". It will be very difficult to make a sound judgement from analyzing only words,language feature and verbal habits. A better way to interpret Confucius’ comments is to study Multi-dimensional Confucian Benevolence Theory comprehensively for trinity. Confucius didn’ t recognize Guan Zhong as"benevolent" directly so as to pass down the multiple dimensions of Benevolence Theory to his students. Certainly,the comments are not contradictory with each other,because Confucius recognized Guan Zhong’ s achievements and talent but as to benevolence,he gave muti-dimensional comments. It will be stiff and stereotyped to simply believe Confucius’ agreement or disagreement on if Guan Zhong is"benevolent".
