摘  要:胃肠道肿瘤是临床常见的恶性肿瘤之一,具有较高病死率。早期消化道肿瘤缺乏典型的形态学改变,因此,采用普通白光内镜检查时容易发生误诊和漏诊。光学分子成像可在细胞和分子水平上对病变进行检测,具有无辐射、低成本、可重复性高等优点,在肿瘤发展早期阶段实现诊断。其中,肽类探针在光学分子成像中扮演重要角色,与其他类型的探针相比,肽类探针因其合成简单、分子量小等固有特性备受临床关注。本文主要对已用于胃肠道肿瘤荧光分子成像的肽类探针进行综述。Gastrointestinal carcinoma is one of the most common malignancies and has a high rate of mortality. It is likely to have misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis using the ordinary white light endoscopy since early-stage gastrointestinal carcinoma lacks typical morphological changes. Optical molecular imaging is capable of detecting lesions at both cellular and molecular levels and has the advantages of no radiation, low cost and high reproducibility, thus achieving diagnosis in the early stages of carcinoma development. Among them, peptide probes play a key role in optical molecular imaging. Peptide probes have attracted extensive attention because of such inherent characteristics as simple synthesis and small molecular weight. This paper reviews the peptide probes that have been used in the fluorescent molecules imaging of gastrointestinal carcinoma.
