摘　　要：目的探讨B超监测下射频自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法对行B超监测下多功能射频自凝刀治疗的500例子宫肌瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性研究,分析术后半年治疗效果及随访3年复发情况。结果 500例中,术后半年B超复查结果显示,黏膜下肌瘤(50例)有效率达100%;肌壁间肌瘤(300例)有效率达95.67%,且术后随访3年均未见复发;浆膜下肌瘤(150例)有效率达95.33%,术后随访3年,3例(2.00%)肌瘤复发。所有病例未出现严重手术并发症。结论 B超监测下射频自凝刀治疗子宫肌瘤安全有效,操作简单,复发率低,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of adiofrequency self-clotting cutter under b-ultrasound monitoring in the treatment of uterine fibroid. Methods The clinical data of 500 patients with uterine fibroid treated with adiofrequency self-clotting cutter under b-ultrasound monitoring were retrospectively studied to analyze the effects within half a year after the operation and recurrence within three-year follow-up visit, Results Among the 500 cases, the results of the B-ultrasound reexamination half a year after the operation showed that the efficiency was as high as 100% for submucous myoma （50 cases）; the efficiency was 95.67% for intramural myoma （300 cases） and there was no recurrence within the three-year follow-up visit after the operation; the efficiency was 95.33% for subserous myoma （150 cases） and there was recurrence in three cases （2.00%） within three-year follow-up visit. No severe operative complication was found in anycase. Conclusion Adiofrequency self-clotting cutter under b-ultrasound monitoring is safe, effective and easy to operate in the treatment of uterine fibroid, with low recurrence rate. Therefore, this therapy is worth popularizing.
