摘 要:研究多载具式自动化立体仓库的货位分配问题,可提高系统运作效率,降低成本。对双载具和三载具两种设备配置下的货位分配问题进行分析,根据存储系统实际运作情况,考虑堆垛机在行走过程中的加速度,建立更符合实际的数学模型。考虑行程时间和货架稳定两个目标来建立货位分配数学模型,并采用改进遗传算法进行仿真求解。通过对不同任务量的订单进行仿真求解,对比遗传算法和改进遗传算法的偏离误差和平均偏差,验证了改进遗传算法可行有效。The storage assignment of multi-shuttle-automated storage and retrieval system was studied,which can improve operation efficiency of the system and reduce costs. The problem of storage assignment under the configuration of double-shuttle and three-shuttle is analyzed. According to the actual operation of the storage system,a more realistic mathematical model was established considering the acceleration of the stacker during walking. By considering the two objectives of travel time and shelf stability,the mathematical model of storage assignment is established,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. The deviation error and average deviation in genetic algorithm and improved genetic algorithm are compared and analyzed by solving the orders of different tasks. It is proved that the improved genetic algorithm is feasible and effective.
