摘  要:为了研究虚拟试验技术在驱动桥多轴道路模拟试验中的应用,分析试验系统组成及原理,分别利用AMEsim和ADAMS建立电液伺服控制系统和机械系统刚柔耦合多体动力学模型并验证,通过Simulink平台建立机-电-液系统联合仿真模型。结合远程参数控制(RPC)技术中系统辨识和模拟迭代算法,利用MATLAB编写虚拟试验系统加载控制程序并验证。以某驱动桥为例进行虚拟试验,最终平均迭代误差在5%以内,迭代效率和精度大大提高,为驱动桥道路模拟试验提供一种行之有效的方法。In order to research the application of virtual test technique in the test of multi-axis road simulationtest system for automobile driving axle,the principle and composition of actual test system is analyzed ,the model of the electro-hydraulic servo control systemis established by AMEsim,while the model of the mechanical system rigid flexible coupled multi-body dynamic is established by ADAMS ,and models are both electro-liydraulic co-simulation model is built up by Simulink. With the system identition algoritlim of remote parameter control (RPC),loading control program is done by MATLAB a set of driving axle as an example,the virtual road simulation test is done by the fore,final average iteration error is less than 5W ,the efficiency and precision are that an effective method is provided for the road simulation test of the automobile driving axle.
