摘 要:目的探讨TBL结合CBL教学法在风湿病学实习教学中的效果。方法将203名学生分成TBL结合CBL教学模式组(92名)和LBL教学模式组(111名),分别进行风湿病学实习教学,比较两组学生在疾病症状、辅助检查及诊断标准理论考试成绩和自我收益和教学方法评估的差异。结果实验组在对疾病症状、辅助检查和诊断标准成绩和总分方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的自我收益及对教学效果评价均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TBL结合CBL教学法能改善学生的风湿病学实习教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of TBL combined with CBL teaching method in clinical practice of rheumatology. Methods 203 students were divided into TBL combined with CBL teaching mode group (92 students) and LBL teaching model group (111 students). The teaching of rheumatology was conducted respectively. The students' awareness of disease symptoms, auxiliary examinations and diagnostic criteria were compared between the two groups. The differences of the scores of the theoretical examination were evaluated. The evaluation of teaching methods and self-learning were also made. Results The experimental group's score in the disease symptoms, auxiliary examination and diagnostic criteria and total score were higher than the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). The self beneft and teaching efect of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion TBL combined with CBL teaching method can improve the efect of clinical practice.
