普拉洛芬滴眼液应用于白内障术后治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析普拉洛芬滴眼液运用于白内障术后治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月在我院进行手术治疗的75例白内障患者临床资料作为研究对象。按不同术后治疗方式,将其分为研究组(n=40)与对照组(n=35)。对照组采取氟米龙滴眼液术后治疗,研究组采取普拉洛芬滴眼液术后治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗1个月后,研究组视力矫正优良率为92.50%,且该组干眼症状各项评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于氟米龙滴眼液而言,白内障术后患者使用普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗的临床效果更佳。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of pranoprofenophthalmic solution in cataract surgery. Methods The clinical data of 75cataract patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017to January 2018 were divided into study group （n=40） and control group（n=35） according to diferent postoperative treatment methods. The controlgroup was treated with fuorometholone eye drops, and the study group wastreated with pranoprofen eye drops, and the treatment efect was comparedbetween the two groups. Results After 1 month of treatment, the excellentand good rate of vision correction in the study group was 92.50%, andthe scores of the dry eye symptoms in this group were signifcantly betterthan those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared withfuorometholone eye drops, cataract patients treated with pranoprofen eyedrops have better clinical outcomes.
