摘 要:目的探讨加强对新护士的人文关怀管理的方法和效果。方法对我院2012年7月后入职2年内63名新护士通过提高护理管理者素质及人文关怀能力,病区护士长的关怀细节,保障新护士的合法利益等方面实施人文关怀护理管理,对比人文关怀前后的工作满意度。结果人文关怀后,新护士工作本职工作、团队协作、职业生涯展望满意度以及总体满意度均显著较人文关怀前高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新护士实施人文关怀管理方式可提升其工作满意度,对医院整体护理质量水平提高起到积极作用。Objective To explore the methods and efects of strengthening the management of human care for new nurses. Methods In 2 years, 63 new nurses enrolled in our hospital after July 2012 were implemented with humanistic care management by improving the quality of nursing managers and humanistic care capabilities, the care details of ward nurses, and protecting the legitimate interests of new nurses. Work satisfaction before and after humanistic care. Results The new nurses' job work, teamwork, career prospects satisfaction and overall satisfaction after humanistic care were significantly higher than before the humanistic care, the diference was statistically signifcant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of humane care management methods for new nurses can increase their job satisfaction and play an active role in improving the overall quality of care in hospitals.
