摘  要:通过对电商企业的调研,分析了电商行业对跨界设计人才综合能力的要求,并根据电商设计行业的业务流程和人才要求,梳理了电商设计师跨界职业能力模型和素养能力模型,提出了通过整合相关专业领域的综合资源,进行跨学科合作,打破专业壁垒,形成跨界人才培养模式,制定出了适合跨界培养的课程体系,使学生形成复合型的知识、能力和素质结构。In this paper, through the investigation of E-commerce enterprises, the requirements of E-commerce industry for comprehensive capability of inter-disciplinary design talent are analyzed, and according to the business process and talent requirements of E-commerce design industry, the E-commerce designer inter-disciplinary professional competence model and literacy ability model are combed, and put forward that through the integration of related fields of comprehensive resources, inter-disciplinary cooperation,breaking professional barriers and the formation of inter-disciplinary personnel training model, develops a curriculum system suitable for inter-disciplinary training, for students to form a comprehensive knowledge, ability and quality structure.
