摘　　要：高校环境类专业对科研人才培养的要求较高,专业的理论性和实践性较强,为了培养高校环境类科研人才的创新实践能力,进行人才培养模式改革分析,构建应用型、复合型、技能型的人才培养方案,加大对环境类专业科研人才培养的投入力度,在教学计划和课程设置上向环境保护科技创新方向偏移,注重理论和实践的结合,培养科研人才将科研知识转化为实践的能力。注重环境类专业人才的职业素养培养,坚定投身环境保护事业中的决心,减少环境类专业人才流失。In order to cultivate the innovative and practical ability of environmental research talents in colleges and universi-ties, the reform of talent training mode is carried out. Combination of applied, composite, skilled talent training programs, itsnecessary to increase investment in the environmental professional scientific research personnel training and in and curriculum to the direction of scientific and technological innovation of environmental protection. It’s important to pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, cultivate the ability of scientific research talents to transform scientific research kn〇- wl- edge into practice , pay attention to the professional cultivation of environmental professionals , and firmly commit themselves to the cause of environmental protection. It’s concluded that it’s necessary to reduce the loss of environmental professionals and establish a multi - level scientific research personnel - training system, environmental research talents have a solid theoretical founand scientific research innovation ability.
