舍曲林治疗对于抑郁症患者T淋巴细胞亚群分化的调控

摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁症患者经舍曲林治疗6周前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化与抑郁症治疗的相关性。方法:选取30例抑郁症患者为试验组,另选取正常健康查体者30例为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测两组人群外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+细胞亚群的比例,并进行相关分析。结果:抑郁症患者外周血CD3^+、CD4^+T淋巴细胞比率、CD4^+/CD8^+水平低于对照组,CD8^+T淋巴细胞比率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);经舍曲林治疗6周后,与治疗前对比,抑郁症患者外周血CD3^+、CD4^+T淋巴细胞表达比例、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均明显上升,CD8^+T淋巴细胞比率明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:抑郁症患者T淋巴细胞表达存在一定程度的免疫失衡,舍曲林抗抑郁的同时调节抑郁症患者机体免疫功能紊乱。Objective：To investigate the correlation between the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and the treatment of depression in 6 weeks after Sertraline.Method：30 patients with depression were selected as the experimental group,30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The two groups were detected by flow cytometry in peripheral blood CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋,CD4^＋/CD8^＋cell subpopulation,and correlation analysis.Result：Peripheral blood CD3^＋,CD4^＋ T lymphocyte ratio and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ levels in patients with depression than the control group（P〈0.01）,CD8^＋T lymphocyte ratio were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）, after 6 weeks of the Sertraline treatment,patients with depression of peripheral blood CD3^＋,CD4^＋T lymphocytes expression ratio,CD4^＋/CD8^＋ levels were significantly increased.CD8^＋ T lymphocytes ratio were significantly lower,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：There is a certain degree of immune imbalance in the expression of T lymphocyte in patients with depression,while Sertraline can regulate the immune function of patients with depression at the same time.
