循证护理应用在小儿脑瘫康复护理中的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究循证护理应用在小儿脑瘫康复护理中的价值。方法:选取2016年8月-2017年9月笔者所在医院收治的110例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组55例进行常规护理,观察组55例进行循证护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组患儿总有效率96.36%(53/55),优于对照组的83.63%(46/55),差异有统计学意义(字2=4.949 5,P<0.05)。护理后观察组患儿运动发育指数、运动功能优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-9.762 5、-17.841 5,P<0.05)。结论:循证护理为康复护理提供指导,可改善运动功能,具有较高的应用价值。Objective：To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation nursing value.Method： A total of 110 cases of children with cerebral palsy from August 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into the control group of 55 cases with routine nursing care,and the observation group of 55 cases of evidence-based nursing.The two groups of nursing effect were observed.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%（53/55）,higher than 83.63%（46/55） in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2=4.949 5,P〈0.05）.After nursing,the motor development index and motor function of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（t=-9.762 5,-17.841 5,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Evidence-based nursing to provide guidance for rehabilitation nursing,can improve the motor function,has higher application value.
