摘 要:校友资源的可持续性发展应立足于在校生的教育,将校友资源的开发重点由校外转移到校内,通过加强在校生的知识教育、价值观教育以及感恩教育,建立学生与母校之间的相互认同,为校友反哺母校打下坚实基础。为增进不同年级在校生之间的联结,以专业为基础,建立包含不同年级所有学生的专业学习型社团,由不同年级的学生组成学习小组,通过完成精心设计的专业学习项目增进各自的了解,激发学生之间的联结主动性。将校友资源的开发由学校为主导,转为学校、校友双管齐下,为校友资源的建设提供了新的思路。The sustainable development of alumni resources should be based on the education of students.University should shift the alumni resources development focus from outside to inside of the campus and through strengthening the knowledge education,values education,and thanksgiving education,to establish mutual recognition between students and the Alma mater.It is necessary to lay a solid foundation for alumni giving back to their alma mater.To enhance the connection between different grade students,it is valid to establish professional learning community containing all the students of different grade on the basis of professional.The connection between students will be initiatively promoted by completing the carefully designed projects through learning team containing students of different grade.The new thought for the construction of alumni resources was provided which stand for the utilizing of the resources both from university and alumni.
