摘  要:随着社会的发展,各种新型的工业材料出现在人们的视野中,低碳钢由于其低强度和硬度、高可塑性和韧性的优势可以接受各种加工,如锻造、焊接、切削等,因此在各领域得到了广泛的应用。但也恰恰因为这一点,在实际应用中,存在一些缺陷,在基体表面极易发生微孔腐蚀等现象,影响人们正常的生产活动。针对这一问题,在低碳钢的基体上电镀上镍元素成为关键的解决途径。在低碳钢基体上电镀镍元素是利用固态扩散的原理实现了两种元素的相互扩散,以此起到对低碳钢界面的保护。通过一个固态扩散实验,对低碳钢基体上电镀镍元素固态扩散机理进行研究,以期对类似钢铁材料的镀层处理提供一些借鉴。With the development of society, all kinds of new industrial materials in people's field of vision, low carbon steel because of its low strength and hardness, high plasticity and toughness advantage can accept a variety of processing, such as forging, welding, cutting and so on, so it has been widely used in various fields. But precisely because of this, there are some defects in practical application. It is easy to happen microporous corrosion on the surface of matrix, which affects people's normal production activities. In order to solve this problem, the electroplating of nickel on the substrate of low carbon steel is the key solution. The electroplating of nickel on the substrate of low carbon steel is to use the principle of solid-state diffusion to achieve the mutual diffusion of the two elements to protect the low carbon steel interface. A solid state diffusion experiment was conducted to study the solid state diffusion mechanism of nickel element on low carbon steel substrate, in order to provide some reference for similar steel coating treatment.
